Catfishing is when someone fakes their identity online to scam victims for money, to get revenge on someone, or are insecure about themselves.

These online relationships may last for months or even years!

Victims of romance scams have increased by 50% in 2018 compared to three years ago, despite the increase of awareness on the subject.
