Senior Product Manager

Location: US-based (Remote with travel flexibility)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager who thrives in a fast-paced, start-up environment and has a strong background in SaaS, large data sets, and mobile-first platforms. The ideal candidate will be process-driven, growth-minded, and adept at working with cross-functional teams and overseas collaborators. They will take a data-driven approach to decision-making and be able to identify key priorities in a rapidly scaling product environment.

This role will involve close collaboration with teams across multiple time zones, with some travel required, particularly to California, where you’ll spend the first two weeks (at least). Remote work is acceptable for a very strong candidate, but flexibility for in-person and overseas collaboration is key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the product development lifecycle, working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing.
• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline product processes and scale product operations efficiently.
• Drive product strategy and roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on data insights, customer needs, and business objectives.
• Collaborate with overseas teams, managing cross-over hours and ensuring seamless project coordination.
• Conduct A/B testing, monitor key performance metrics, and iterate product features to optimize user experience and drive business growth.
• Manage and work with large data sets, working with development teams to integrate algorithms and leverage APIs to build data-informed product features.
• Lead SCRUM ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile best practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Act as a mentor and growth-minded leader, guiding and supporting junior product managers in their career development.
• Stay informed on industry trends, particularly in SaaS, mobile-first strategies, and online safety, and use this knowledge to inform product direction.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record in SaaS environments.
• SCRUM certification and deep knowledge of Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
• Experience working with large data sets, algorithms, and APIs.
• Demonstrated success in building processes and implementing SOPs that scale in high-growth companies, particularly start-ups.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with overseas teams.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones, with flexibility for travel as required (initial 2+ weeks in California, with periodic trips afterward).
• Bonus: Experience in online safety and/or security platforms.
