Welcome to “Catfished,” the channel that’s set to become the Food Network equivalent for scams and deception in the digital age. We’re on a mission to entertain, educate, and empower our audience by uncovering the tricks, twists, and turns of various scams while telling captivating stories that keep viewers coming back for more.
We’re seeking an Assistant Director for YouTube to join our team! The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong organizational skills to ensure projects stay on track and deadlines are met. They should be highly communicative, detail-oriented, and passionate about managing creative projects to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Organize and manage the production schedule, ensuring the team stays aware of and meets all deadlines.
- Team Communication: Serve as the bridge between departments, ensuring all team members are informed, aligned, and working cohesively.
- Logistics & Coordination: Oversee scheduling, location management, and equipment rental/setup to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with Casting & Interviews: Collaborate with the casting team and provide support during interviews to ensure timely and appropriate selections.
- Support in Production: Assist the Director and production team with day-to-day operations and ensure the project runs according to plan.
- Workflow Oversight: Manage the personnel, logistics, and overall workflow involved in producing each project.
- Contribute Technically: Leverage your technical skills to contribute to the team’s success, offering support where needed in production operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project management or production coordination.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience managing a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with production logistics, scheduling, and workflow.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Technical knowledge of production equipment and processes.
- Experience in casting or supporting casting decisions is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay range: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
