You may use this page to make requests for correction of inaccurate personal information which is in the possession of Social Catfish. After making a request using this page, Social Catfish will confirm receipt within ten (10) days and will generally respond with all responsive information to your request within forty-five (45) days. If Social Catfish needs more time to make a complete response, we will notify you within forty-five days that we will need such an extension of time and of the reason why we need said extension. This extension will not be for more than an additional forty-five (45) days. Where Social Catfish believes you will not be negatively impacted by the deletion of the data you wish corrected, we will simply delete the inaccurate data in response to Requests to Correct.
