How do I cancel?
To cancel your account, log in and click on 'Manage Account' from the menu. Then, click on the 'Payment and Subscriptions' tab. Click "Cancel" on the plan you would like to cancel.

Why didn’t I get the results I was looking for?
Did you run a Social Search or Image Search?
We aggregate public data so results may vary depending on what is publicly available. Uploading as many pictures as you have will be best in order to cover more ground.
When you run a Reverse Image Search, the system is going to scan everything in the image in order to match it on the web. With that, we recommend cropping the image in order to only include the individual's face. This allows the system to focus on what is relevant to you and deliver you the best results.
