If you signed up for a membership plan you will be billed $5.95 for the first two weeks and then $19.95 monthly. Otherwise, all our fees are one time transactions. (1 Report, Hire a Specialist).
You can view all of your payment info from the member dashboard. This can be accessed from the menu dropdown in the top right hand corner of the homepage after you login.
How do I remove my information from Social Catfish?
If you can please submit an opt out request through our Opt-Out form located here. https://socialcatfish.com/opt-out/. Depending on how backlogged we are, it can take up to 1 week to get the information removed. You will need to verify your email address and submit all URLs with your information. Please note that only pages that contain your information will be removed. You will need to go into each individual URL and submit the URL for removal. Also, note that removing a URL from our site doesn't remove your information through public record or any other sites. Please let us know if you need anything else. Thank you and make it a great day.

What is a Social Catfish membership?
A SocialCatfish.com membership allows you to log onto our site with your username and password, and allows you to look up information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and usernames. You will receive 5 search tokens as part of the plan for a total of 20 searches. If you subscribe to our image search, this will allow you to upload images to find out where else on the internet those images can be found.
