  • How do I change membership plans?

    You can add more search tokens to your account membership by clicking "Add more tokens" on the right side of the payment information section of the membership dashboard.

  • How do I cancel my membership?

    To cancel your account please log into your dashboard. Go under "Plan Details" and look for the red "cancel" button on the right-hand side of the screen. Simply click on the "cancel" button and you will see that your membership has been canceled after a few seconds. You will then get an email stating it's been canceled and you will not be charged again.

  • How often will I be billed for these services?

    If you signed up for a membership plan you will be billed $5.73 for the first 5 days and then $19.95 or $27.48 monthly(every 30 days) depending on your search plan. If you sign up A Search Specialist you will be billed $297.00 one time.

  • How do I remove my information from Social Catfish?

    If you can please submit an opt out request through our Opt-Out form located here. Depending on how backlogged we are, it can take up to 1 week to get the information removed. You will need to verify your email address and submit all URLs with your information. Please note that only pages that contain your information will be removed. You will need to go into each individual URL and submit the URL for removal. Also, note that removing a URL from our site doesn't remove your information through public record or any other public websites. This is where the information is collected from. To control what's available online, you will need to go into each public site that you have profiles on and make sure and adjust your privacy settings.

  • How do I change my password?

    From the member dashboard, click the edit profile button on the left hand menu bar. The password changing information will be located on the bottom of the page.

  • What is a Social Catfish membership?

    A membership allows you to log onto our site with your username and password, and allows you to look up information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and usernames. There are a few plans that you can choose. Either a reverse search plan and/or an image search plan. These plans are sold a few different ways. Either by token use or unlimited searches. The conversion for tokens is 1 token = 1 matched result. Meaning, if we don't have a match, you don't use a token. The unlimited plans are for a period of time. The trial includes 8 days and the monthly membership that renews after the trial is billed 30+ days at a time.

  • How can I pay?

    When on our page you will enter what information you have and click “search”. From there a payment page will pop up. That is where you will enter your personal information and select the plan you are interested in.
