Called asking for employment verification then changed to needing high school transcripts. She asked for my name and position after I told her we didn’t verify that stuff. She finished the call by asking if I would partake in a survey.

This is from ADP Employer customer service. Normally if you receive a call from them it is legitimate or they have the wrong number. Not normally SPAM or Fishing calls.

Called at 6:23, 6:24 and 6:25; did not leave a message. It’s outside of business hours in the East Coast; psycho-dialing doesn’t make me want to answer your call more!

They call asking for someone and if I tell them that person is not in they hung up. Not just calling constantly but also rude.

ADP GCC

This is ADP and a legitimate number. The person they were calling for most likely worked for you at one point and was having a background check done for new employment.

employment verification - indian women - gave her number to fax to and she call again asking for number b/c she said it didn't go through.

Got a same call from my work phone right now asking to speak to HR. I was trying to ask them why they were calling for a background check for a previous employee whom is not even listing on our CRM.
