Area Code 281 Information and Location Details

I just got ahold of them and the person was EXTREMELY rude and hung up on me. The person they were looking for has been using my phone number for their legal disputes for 10 years. I would like to know the name of this place because if it is not fake they need to know how to talk to people!

They said that my iCloud account had been compromised and that I needed to press one to speak with somebody about it. They said do not access any Financial accounts until you speak to them. I own no Apple devices or computers of any kind. A man with a middle eastern accent answered, I ask him what account they were speaking of, he asked me how many devices I had.
