Called at 6:48pm, Friday, caller ID read "Sherman Oaks." I answered because scammers usually don't call at that hour. It was a legit call from UPS saying that the driver was having difficulty locating my address. I cleared up everything with the very nice caller and my package will be delivered Monday.

I got a call from UPS to come get a package. I do not know the address or where they are open or their hours. Please help me.

UPS doesn't call to have you pick up a package, they leave notices at your home. Think about it - how would they have your phone number in the first place?

I suspect this number is a debt collector who's spoofing UPS. If you call that number you get a busy signal similar to the ones the off-shore scammers have. I called that number 818-947-4899 just now. According to Google search, the facility is now closed for the day. If it was closed down, why would one get a busy signal?And it shows a completely different number.Could be 100% wrong, of course

It's the number to the local UPS general manager out of Van Nuys division. She's a real [***] and harasses customer's you're better off not answering.
