Another Agoura Hills, 818 scam call. Called at 5:11pm, July 8th. No message was left. Caller ID was a V series of numbers. Have now blocked all future calls from 818 883. Called the number back - recorded message asking me to leave my name and number. Ain't gonna happen!

No one is on the line.

Wanted to know who owns this number.

Called our land line at 6:11pm. Caller ID was a VoIP string of numbers - always a red flag for us. And yes, another Agoura Hills, CA call - we've received at least 20 calls from Agoura Hills, CA recently. A call back yielded an intercept message - "We're sorry, you have reached a number that is not in service..." Have now blocked all 818 883 future calls.

This is our second call from an 818 883 number. Called at 4:47pm. No message left and caller ID was a VoIP series of numbers. Blocked the number and called back - "We're sorry, you have reached a number that has been disconnected..." No surprise here.

The V series of numbers has nothing to do with a caller using a VoIP number. Nothing in caller ID can identify a number as being used by a VoIP service.

A new scam call from the world famous 818 area code. This call appeared to be a "phishing" call checking for live lines. There was no one on the line when I answered - then I heard a click. Will be blocking all future 818 883 calls. Caller ID read Winnetka, CA.

Got a call from this number at work.

I answered and the caller disconnected.

No caller ID

I have no idea why they called as my answering machine only caught the last part of their message about some "special deal".
