abusive message threatens with legal action and this is last courtesy call, it's a scam, one of those they ask for card info if you call back. You can look up the firm and see if it's true, which isn't... the firm denies making the calls

My husband has had this # call several times. Never answered. But annoying enough for me to search it.But, to answer your question, we are in PA, as well.

Just got a call today sounded like he eanted to talk about wikipedia ans wanted to speak confidentially. Knew my name but I hung up and blocked the number...usually dont answer odd numbers but at 830p on Saturday thought it was maybe an important call.

Received an automated message from some BS payday loan collections (I never had a payday loan) stating that I needed to call them immediately. Didn't leave a company name and did not ask for anyone by name. The callback number however was 405-896-7992. This was obviously a spoofed number.

I'm with Linda - I usually don't answer numbers I don't know.And I will add that anything that comes up with just a City and State - well that's not enough of an ID legit or not to get me to answer.

This is a legitimate company. I blocked my number and called this number back. It went to a recording which referred me to the company website. They also have a do not call list you can add your number to. www.venturedata.com.

whitepages.com says this number is associated with a Mark Clouser....and it's a residential neighborhood...

Just called me. Knew my name, wanted to take a survey on education. Asked if I was in a safe secure private location. When he found out I was not on a cell phone he said the survey was for people on cell phones only. I am located in Pennsylvania. I am curios as to what your locations are. Would like to know if this is a local thing or not. We could also share to see if they ended the call
