Called my cell phone and hung up when I answered.

Called me, asked me if this was my address and asked if I was selling my house. New my name and address

I answered and then the party did not disconnect the call. For 10 minutes,I heard a man and woman talking. I could not make any calls, because they tied up my phone. This is truly telephone harassment!

It was a Chinese language. . I think. Or Japanese.... 3x

Called and left message to “call me back at 713-257-8651.” No name, Hispanic male voice. Called original number (with Google Voice number) and got a Google Voice number that did not answer back.Called number left, rang 5 times, transferred and rang 5 more times then a beep.I blocked this number previously, and saw a message from it.

Called my cell, left no message.

Added this number to my call blocker.

Called from stated number. Did not answer and they did not leave any message or send a text. Both of which are stated in the instructions message when I don't pickup. 5:51 pm on July 8 2019
