I keep getting calls from this number, no answer and no message.

Oh, of course -- it's perfectly reasonable to build a wall on the U.S. southern border to stop phone calls from India, Pakistan, Indonesia, Africa, Philippines, etc, where most of these scam calls originate. After all, isn't it those very drug cartels that are trying to scam our elderly U.S. citizens?

It's amazing how many people think building a wall anywhere would stop phone calls.
