I have no idea who this is.

Once again, to a cellphone.

Calls everyday and never leaves a message. It comes up on my phone as a possible scam

...And, once again. Another website verifies this number as a robocaller. It's apparently an electric service scam.

...And, once again. I feel a surge of popularity.

Call to a cellphone, not answered. Another website tags this number as a robocaller.

Called again to the same cellphone, four hours later.

Pretending to be the Social security left voicemail about fraudulent activity. Do not fall for them the social security never contact you by phone only by mail

Not only that, but the SSA has no role in investigating the kinds of crimes these scammers claim you are being accused of.

Someone called me saying it was from the Social Security and indicating there was a warrant for my arrest and all types of lies. I wasted his time for a while telling him false information and he indicated that he was transferring me to the DEA, after freezing everything under my name. I had so much fun with him and at least, he had less time to scam a poor old person from all their savings.

They lied. The Social Security Administration doesn't initiate contact by phone but by US mail.
