I got a call after I applied for insurance with Horizon Blue Cross NJ -- important that I get this insurance but it is annoying that i am going to get a call from a marketing affiliate?????????????????? I hope this is not a symptom of doing business with HBC. I decided to get ride of Oxford. I wish something could be done to get good healthcare in the USA!!

Left no message, just number came up on caller I.D. No message on answering machine.I called the number back, and got a recording telling me to enter my last name. I refused, pressed"0" for operator who identified as being Horizon of N.J. number was ligit, said because of hiipalaws cannot leave any message???Did get through to spokeswoman who took care of me.

It is the generic number of Horizon Blue cross blue shield that you see when anyone from inside calls you. For calling back though you need to have the persons direct number

It was Blue Cross Blue Shield of NJ, but in my case they were actually returning a call regarding an inquiry I had made and left them a message about, I just did'nt recognize the number. legit for me at least... no survey...

I got a call from this number. They said they had my father on the phone with them and needed information. How miraculous. Did they channel him through a seance? He's dead. They asked for personal info. I hung up.

This number is NJ Blue Cross and Blue Shield (Horizon Blue Cross & Blue Shield).

I believe this a call back from a call I placed to Horizon regarding a 1099 that was sent to me regarding interest income. Very confusing.

Got several calls from them. Decided to call Horizon to investigate, they stated that the call is not from them but from one of their suppliers. Horizon stated that the caller is just trying to get answers for a survey but you are not obligated in anyway to answer the call. Also if the Horizon representative said that the survey people CAN NOT ask for date of birth SS number or policy type or numb

Calls received from this number 5 times between 10:20am and 10:40am. Never left any messages. When I call number back they do not identify themselves and ask for personal info.

I got a very rude call from this number claims to be with Horizon Blue CRoss Blue Shield. I call Horizon to try to complain about the rudness. Horizon calims that the calls are not from them.
