Called me 4 times, no voicemail left and CID states Nutley NJ possible spam

Kept asking for a Jonathan. Hung up on me when I said I didn't know a Jonathan and to please take my number off their call list.

They called. Came up as potential spam. No voicemail left.

claimed to be allstate insurance. CID simply read Nutley NJ. Strange not to list allstate on CID if legit. Another site lists as SEVERE robo-caller.

Long silence when I picked up. Then said hello.. Silence when I asked who it was, so I hung up. Didn't call back?
