NO ... they are trying to get your business for filing your UCR - which is not free ... however the bi-annual update is definitely something you can do on your own for no cost.

Claimed to be DOT Compliance but I already talked to FMCSA. I am all in compliance. I don't know what they are talking about so I decided to ignore them. I don't think any government agency would call and ask for money.
