This phone number left a message but was calling my google voice phone number which I setup for my direct sales business. I have no medical bills oustanding. apparently someone is using your information you might wanna check. it is legitimate business i just got the call myself and i was in the hospital, and they told me they would be calling for assistance due to lack of insurance. If i was you i would waste my energyon trying to find out who used your info before you have bad credit.

I believe you are right. I asked to be billed as a private payer because the hospital service rendered falls under "pre-exisiting condition" & my insurance won't pay it. When the caller found out I do have insurance, she thanked me politely & hung up.

This unsolicited call was from Eligibility Consultants, Inc.@ 972-705-5291 - Called to speak to Manager (David Hyatt) and went to voice mail. Left message to remove my number from their list. Will give them one opportunity to do so. If I receive another call from this company I will start proceedings with the state attorney general's office of Texas.

I received a recorded message from this company asking if "you or anyone in your house has recently been in the hospital". I reported it for Do Not Call List and HIPAA violations.
