Caller said they were from a consulting service... They asked for me by my entire name (first-middle-last). I told them I didn't need any consulting services, then they hung up.

Didn't answer. Call rolled to voicemail. Dead air.

I as well received the exact same text. My rental is up to date. But the local office is closed down and has been for 2 weeks due to the Coronavirus!!

Ditto. Spectrum. I put her in voicemail and she buzzed me back. I put her in voicemail again, she buzzed me back, I put her in voicemail yet again. We get way too many calls of that nature & sometimes I just get tired of talking to them.

Claimed to be a Dell tech. ID showed Zexcel Solutions. Said my Dell computer was not accepting Microsoft updates. Asked if I was sitting at my computer. I said I was sitting at my Lenovo desktop. That did not deter him. When I said I did not need his help, he ended the call by calling me a mother-f*****.

Caller ID said "Out of area", which seems to be true. Caller left no message.
