Auto warranty scam call.

Called me last night.

Any ideas who this might be?

This is a real estate “ for sale by owner “ swindler. They call absolutely every possible phone number they can find attached to real estate for sale advertising. And they keep calling back every day, sometimes multiple times and even back to back. They operate as quasi real estate brokers and agents but are not licensed to do so or say they are an assistant, and are calling on behalf of someone

They keep calling from this number and other numbers saying they are calling on behalf of " xyz " (the name changes). This time the female caller had an asian accent and said her name was Ryan and that she was calling on behalf of Judy Shandler, a local home buyer. Ryan said she was Judy's assistant and that she needed to gather some information about the home. I asked a couple questions and

Received a call from this number. Answered and they hung up.

Got same message as Marty today. We have a For Sale by Owner listing.

Messages from Alex calling for Jeremy Butler several times asking me to call them back if my house is still for sale by owner

CID: V... ending with computer ID of 00071. Call got through early on a few times but never left a message. It is now blocked but keeps calling multiple times a day. Block the number.

Got a call from this phone number.

Hung up on my answering machine.

Called 3 times. No messages. Police are not allowed to solicit so another organization takes most of the donation money.

I have been getting calls from this number.

The caller had a hard time hearing me, said something about the call being recorded. Was calling for the police and troopers something or other. I have never known the police and troopers work together and when I asked why I was being recorded I was ignored.
