Listed cages on KSL. Guy said his name was John and he would mail me cashiers check and take care of shipping if I gave him my name, phone number, and address. Clearly a scammer!

Keeps calling. Who is it?

Received a call this morning.

When the machine picked up caller hung up.

Similar to others who have listed their experience, I put a phone on KSL, got a text from this number a few minutes after saying they're interested. They wanted to send me a cashier's check and asked for my name, phone number, and address and said they'd take care of shipping.

Rec'd response to local ad for an auto part in Utah minutes after post ad at 1 am. Unusual for this area.Tried to arrange a cashier's check of an unspecified amount with shipping taken care of on his end. They wanted my name, address and phone number texted to them. Again unusual as all that was in the ad they answered.Then found this site under this number with similar in incidents.

Text about item I had for sale on line. To far to ship item, so don't trust, possible scammer.

Responded to online for sale ad via text message.

"We're accepting individuals who are ready to become MYSTERY SHOPPER. If willing to join our great team text YES for more details...Peter Roggero"I never signed up for anything like that, and I don't know/can't find anything about Peter Roggero. Probably spam, stay away.

Texted with the following,"Attn, We're accepting individuals who are ready to work and earn extra income of $350 weekly, if willing to text YES. Regards"
