They received my name from an organization that I belong to. I agreed to participate and took part in an online survey that took about half an hour to complete - received a framed certificate of gratitude from the DOL and an envelope with $40 cas

I spoke with them and they were polite. It was legitamate but does take a little of your time. They are sponsored by the Department of Labor and they do research on job requirements so the DOL knows where to spend our tax dollars on training. I did what I could.
