The same thing just happened to me today. What is the name of the company?

The lady said I refused to pay which I didn’t refuse. Then hung up on me.

This number showed up on my phone and I thought it was a co-worker, so I called back. A male answered and asked if someone had referred me back to him. I answered 'No' and wanted to know what the call was about. He said he was calling from a collection agency for Pepco and I needed to pay a bill in the amount of $80. If I did not pay this bill, my SS number was going to be flagged and revoked.

same thing, asking for my daughter and asking that she call today. asking for her employer info and cell number. don't know why she would call me as I haven't co-signed anything nor have I been added as a reference. How did she get my number and know that i'm related? Scary

Called but left no message.

Called and refused to ID themselves unless I verified who I am.This is something only a SCAMMER would do.A reputable business would ID themselves at the beginning of a call

First you ask for the name of the hospital then you claim you know which hospital it is yet don't give the name. Why is that?

Just received a call and voicemail from this number. Message was from Charlene looking to speak with my husband "today". She has his name, yet my cell #. I'm not returning the call.
