Got a call from this number. No message left.

This is officially a doctor's office in Raleigh, NC

Or it's a scammer spoofing the number.

A web search shows it is Wake Internal Medicine and is their inbound number. I would be a little skeptical on receiving a call from this number considering it is unlikely they would make cold calls out from their main reception number. Everyone needs to be cautious these days, as scammers spoof legitimate numbers to pull Health Insurance scams and phish personal information for Identity Theft.

This number called my cell and then 5 min later called my landline. Look here on 800 Notes, we are being barraged with 919-781-xxxx numbers, all different #s. Tons of calls, no msg, just annoying. I called back blocking my number, and this number 919-781-2382 was out of service.

This number called my house and a few minutes later my cell. It appears to be a landline. I called back blocking my # and it said it was an invalid number. Anyone have any info? I don't want to blast a legit number that may have been spoofed.

Got 2 calls from this number 5 minutes apart. The area code was mine but the I.D. showed it was out of area. No message left. No question that it is a scam of some sort.Update: While typing the message above I received a third call from this number. That makes 3 calls in 11 minutes with no message left.
