So—- I googled the number again. This appears to be a fax machine for the billing department of sort of Medical Entity called Advanced NeuroSolutions. They seem, from their website, to be a place with either people or machinery that monitors surgeries. Got a call from them, third call from a 918 area code number. Turns out it was consumer affairs asking about my experience purchasing my eyeglasses from the online retailer Zenni Optical.

This number called me and then hung up in my ear so when I called back and put me to voicemail for Melissa I left them a message I told them not to call my number back. It shows up as Tulsa Oklahoma on my cell phone & the voicemail says Melissa with Consumer Affairs

this number calls and shows up as unassigned on caller id. when i call the number it puts me on hold for melissa. BLOCKED!!!

This phone number has been blocked on our phones. They called today and the caller ID identifies them as "out of area". We do not know a single person in Oklahoma and have no business with any one from there. They did not leave a message on the answering machine and we do not answer calls from unidentified people.
