Received a call on my cell.

When this number is answered there is a very long silence before the caller speaks. Obviously he has dialed several numbers and unfortunately for me, I answered. When caller did chose to speak, he wanted an IT employee, argued with me when I said employee was no longer with the company. He then told me the employee's Title, like the Title would make the employee appear. . . this number will go

Calls my work number almost daily and calls multiple times per day.I answered a few times at first months ago, the first time no one was on the line, and the second time it was a female voice with a strong oriental accent speaking very broken english. Elderly parents received private letter from 'PCH' claiming they won over 2 million. They needed to call this number to speak with agent Kevin Johnson to set up payment terms and purchase insurance so they could accept payment without defaulting on taxes?! SCAM. They would have done it too. Scamming on the elderly! For shame you devils!
