Received a call saying is won 3.8 million dollars plus 7000 a week for life... So sad it's a scam. Didn't send any money although I was told I needed to pay taxes and some other fee, 599.99 before receiving the winning check.I then received a personal call from said John Hill... Personal being the apt word.

This person will call you telling you they are. From PCH, Publishers Clearing House and they will give you ticket numbers , claim numbers, briefcase numbers and official check numbers and other numbers to call, then they ask you for $599 to send to the FTC to make sure you get your prize!
