Got a call with no message left.

We received a call yesterday.

Received a call on my cell.

Calls multiple times per day.

Called left no message no message. Called three times in a row. Has called for days

Who calls from this number and what do they want.

Apparently you read the first post in that thread but didn't read all of them.

Why would they bother to call you if they were "fishing for recordable 'Yes' responses"? It's not as if you can be verbally identified by saying 1 single word. If all they needed to do anything nefarious was a recording of someone saying "Yes" they could record anyone and claim it was you.

There may be more to the scam if someone says "Yes", but I can't verify that, so I didn't mention it in my report.

Rang twice, hung up. Called back and they said they were "radio trivia contest". Call supposedly is from Brooklyn, NY.
