Scammers Geries Hanania and Kevin Davis are behind this scam. They claim to be with Davis and Davis collecting debt on a payday loan. Do not answer calls from this number. Definitely a scam!

Called my cell phone and hung up when I answered.

I received a call from this number claiming to be a "case manager" from Davis and Davis about a payday loan. He knew my address (a very old address) and knew what bank I was with back when i was at that address. Is this a legit place?

No. Just because they have a little information does not mean that they are "legit". Most con artists try to find out as much about their mark as possible. Make them follow the letter of the law. If they make even one excuse then you have proof positive that they are nothing more then stupid crooks trying to extort money.
