Area Code 870 Information and Location Details

Received a call this morning.

When I answered nobody was there.

I didn't answer because I didn't recognize the number. Pretty sure it was a robocall.

Calls never leaves a message, finally picked up and it was an open line, no one there, so blocked now.

Who is the owner?

Got a call from 870-729-8395. Any idea who it is?

I got a text from this number (501-729-7964) that said they were with Warren for President and had my first name (and probably more).

Appears as a missed call on my phone at work.

Got calls, on 2 separate days so far, from both numbers listed. The caller ID identified the number as "SSI-DYNATA". I allow the calls to go to the answering machine. No message is left. I have blocked both numbers using my call blocker I purchased and connected to my landline.

I got 5 of the same 9 second gibberish messages on my office line, on April 1 (Saturday) spanning after noon and evening. They were from 937-203-4486, 863-286-0344, 786-408-3365, 870-729-1558, 786-408-8263

Left 7 messages yesterday morning, 3 in the 7 am hour and 1 just after 9am and 3 all at 9:36am!?The message was the same each time and sounded like a recording. It was spoken very slowly with pauses between words (possibly numbers) in an Eastern European language. I think Russian.Very likely a phishing scam looking for immigrants whom are not well tied to the community.
