Received a call from this number from a male admin who I was. When I asked who he was trying to call he said I don't know

They call me repeatedly but never leave a message. Why wouldn't a business leave a message? They are a huge nuisance. If they have a business reason for calling me, they should tell me what that is. They don't even tell me who they are.
