Area Code 858 Information and Location Details

Recieved a call from 858-503-1283.

KP "Please call back and have your medical number ready". While KP is my provider, I've never actually been in to visit them. So... what medical number? Also "medical number" doesn't seem to be a thing. Card number, Member Number, case number (if something had been submitted to them) might have been acceptable. But medical number sounds like someone improvising.

Did not leave a message.

Called our office. Unfamiliar area code. Hung up when VM began.

Kaiser. Ridiculous. If I need Kaier, I'll go there.

This may have been a legit Kaiser number at one time, but I have my doubts now. I just got a call on my cell from this #, but when I called it back, I got the "this number is no longer in service, or may have been disconnected....." message.

It’s legit Kaiser, preventive care. Call back number is different. A real person answers and gives you the information.

Did not answer as I didn't recognize the number, no message was left.

Can we screening kit from Kaiser, will send it in two weeks. Unusual way to send and I took one last year but they said they mailed one recently.

They left a voice message asking specifically for me to call back 1-800-317-7121.

This is a GENUINE service from Kaiser (nurse triage call back service.) The patient, me in this case, calls to speak with a Kaiser nurse about serious or worrisome symptoms. They may or may not advise you to call 911, go to E/R, or help you with knowledgeable advice. They always advise you to follow up with primary care doctor. They are currently flooded with severe flu cases.

I am a Kaiser patient have been for 32 years. This call was just two rings and then stopped at 830am. I did not call them. I also do not appreciate calls before 9am reminding me to send in my *&^%)(*& sample for analysis.
