Recorded female with Medicare, but did not say for what; called again, but that call had only multiple electronic tones

Got a call from this number. No voice message left.

Keeps texting me about a problem with a large Amazon purchase (4x now) and a link they want me to click on. The link looks suspicious so I don't respond. I also checked my Amazon account and there's no issue. Scam.

Agree. They do a service for the banks that do mortgage lending. They just called us.

Verified as CoreLogic Credit, a 3rd party verification service for many mortgage lenders. I received the call to verify information about a couple loans and since they asked for my social, etc, I hung up. I called Discover Home Loans and my mortgage account manager told me that this was the company they used and that I needed to verify my info with them in order to move it through underwriting.

CoreLogic Credco is a 3rd party credit verifier used by banks & lending institutions. They update entries, remove duplicate accounts, etc. They are only calling you because your lender has requested updates to your credit file & they are most likely needing more info from you. Call them back so you can get your loan.

This is not a scam. I am in the process of buying a home and they called me to verify an entry on my credit report for a student loan. They had all my information and the name of my broker. It was a pretty easy call and you can visit their website as well.
