this phone number comes up in the caller ID under "LA JOLLA CA" which makes it look local, it calls several times back to back. It is calling us, a business and when i pick up, its a silent call. no one is there. when i called the number back, I got DELL customer service. They have no idea. they suggested to ignore it or report it.
