Area Code 848 Information and Location Details

Anyone knows who calls from this phone number?

Received a call in the afternoon (Freehold number in caller ID) left no message. When I called no answer and went straight to voicemail. Probably scammers.

I also received a call at 4:30AM in Japanes

Received a call from this number at 4:30AM and the message left was in Japanese ( I believe). Sounded desperate or aggressive

No one there when I answered.

Hasn’t received nothing from me out of stupidity on my part I received a what’s up code at time just code gave it to him so probly now working with my number sorry just don’t trust these calls. I later down loaded found out for business app put my info on it so maybe he cant

Received two calls at 4:30 a.m. from this number. They were not welcome.

This was the first of 3 calls from different spoofed numbers on Aug 27 2017. The first was 848-207-2747 at 4:22 am et; the second was "Out of area" at 4:23 am et; and the final 628-600-1799 4:27 am et.Under the the final number, there are reports of getting a whatsapp verification code after a call from the last number. These came on my landline. I don't have whatsapp and didn't get any codes that

I received 2 calls, one right after the other, from this number. No message left so I'm guessing either a scammer or telemarketer

Caller ID said LCN. Phone rang twice and then hung up. No message left.

Received a call from this number 21 December 2015 at 1h35 pm in South Africa. Supposedly someone I met on Internet chat. His name on Internet was Aasim Hassan. I believe I was scammed out of 3000 dollars by Ghana diplomats working at United Nations in Ghana.
