6/30/2020 Cell rang at 11:30PM!!! Did not recognize area code and did not answer. Figured it was a spam call but at that hour?

A lady Asked for my name Then proceeded to ask me questions about hybrid and electric cars the asked for my date of birth Which I refused to answer then asked me more questions about my views on electric cars then ended the call

I answered and said Hello twice the caller hung up.
