This number has called my home several times.

Wanted to know who owns this number.

could also be calling from 847-472-0639. both numbers block inbound calls. 0639 appears to be a social security scam per robocall blocker websites

I keep getting calls from this number, no answer and no message.

Calls at least once a day & night. Leaves no message. There's got to be some kind of way to stop this nonsense. Appartently are governments is doing anythig because it seems for every one week the're in Washington ther're off 2 weeks for vacation.
