Anyone knows who this is?

After much ado I was finally able to cancel my Times Herald Record newspaper subscription (and I do mean MUCH, I didn't think they would ever do as I asked). Now I have this number calling me at least 3 times a day. I blocked it but its still annoying.

Got a call for the 2nd or third time from this number and no answer, and when I call back, no one answers. So I blocked the number. I dont have time nor patience for this stuff.

Called every weekday gor weeks. Finally got sick and tired and answered it. It was an autodialer for someone telling me I had a special promotion with the Times Herald Record. They just do not give up begging for subscribers.

I have received numerous calls from this number too and they don't leave a message. So I called the number and got a message that "Your household has been contacted to participate in an important political study..." They're doing a survey - either for a political group or specific candidate. I don't doubt they will call again. Election day doesn't come soon enough. My advice is 1) don't answe
