They left a message that said they are Publishers Clearing House and I won't the second place prize. LOL I've never entered Publishers Clearing House Sweepstakes. Definitely a scam!

Yes, they call a leave messages on my voice mail. Scammers pretending to be Publishers Clearing House, and they tell you that you've won the second place prize.
