this number calls my cell phone all the time, cant leave a message bc my app blocks the number automatically. I get tons of calls from 845 area codes that are all scams!!!

Called me at 7:43 pm Eastern Time on a Thursday evening. Left no message. Probably losers with a scam.

Called and answered, no one spoke. Probably the Feds.
