Most likely NCA. Long history of debt scamming on 800notes. Threats, and that sort of thing. Don't put up with their nonsense if they call you. If they are alleging a debt, then tell them in no uncertain terms to send you a debt validation letter by US mail. E-mail no good. Otherwise ignore their calls and block them. If your workplace has an attorney, contact him or her. Legally they are not allowed to call your work number if you are not allowed personal calls at work. They must stop when you so inform them and both you and your company can sue them if they do not. If he calls again, tell him you have contacted your company's attorney and he can expect a lawsuit from your workplace if he continues to call.
