They claimed they had all my FB contacts, Mobil phone contacts and all my digital activity from the past 155 days and that their malware was triggered on my device. Called left no message

A lady from Coastal Locating Agency called me. I’ve got this one before. It’s a process server scam. She said she had a sealed complaint against me and I needed to call a number to receive more details. After she was done with her monologue, I said this is a process server scam. If I’m to be served it will be in person by the sheriff. She hung up.

They keep calling trying to serve some guy I've never heard of. They keep assuring me they will take my number off their list but I don't have any confidence in that. Next time I will tell them yes, I will be home to accept the papers. PLEASE SEND THEM!

"CLA" - said they were a third party locating service and there was a complaint lodged against me. They would provide me with a number to call and a case file number to reference. Told her she could tell their client they found me... I am not calling said number.

Called my work phone, said they were Coastal Locating Agency and had a complaint against me. Used my maiden name (it's been years). Refused to tell me who they represented, and told me that their business address and website were not public. Hung up on me while I was still questioning them.

Same as every one else, wants to know if someone will be home to sign papers, they have a complaint on someone I do not know. I live in Florida!!

Same number that called me about an hour ago claiming that I had 2 hours to call her back so they could arrange to "serve me papers for a debt". All the while the lady is on the phone, there was a LOUD tv playing in the background and she sounded incredibly unprofessional. Hung up the phone and number is BLOCKED!!
