Area Code 843 Information and Location Details

Got a phone call. No message left.

Keeps calling my number.

This number has called my home several times.

Got a phone call from this number. The caller left no voice message.

Called my unpublished home number.

Caller I.D. flashed up "SSI" along with the above number. I did not get to the phone fast enough therefore, no message was left.

This number above , SSI on Caller ID, has been calling several times a day all week. I have picked up the phone the last three times , but there is no response. What a nuisance!!!

3 calls received tonight...7:25 p.m.,8:31 p.m., & 8:47 p.m. When answered there is no response on other end. Believe they are just catching background noise...television or radio for marketing info...Just a thought. The # will be reported to FCC as a nuisance and harassment call

Sick and tired of these calls from these PITAs. Area Code:843 Carrier:Bandwidth SMSEnabled Full Number:843-593-8149 City/State:Beaufort, SCThey have called everyday for the last 5 days or so. They even called on Sunday afternoon.

I got a call this afternoon around 4:30 p.m. I did not answer the phone and let it go to the answering machine and no message was left. I am tired of getting these types of call and they will call continuously and it is irritating. I think that the FCC should be able to control this type of misuse . I want a claim filed against this caller and want my number removed from their access.

The call number is from my area code and first impression is to answer. Did not recognize the number so i allowed the answering machine to pick up, only to hear the called use my correct name requesting i call back and leaving the number they prefer i call back on, but....... I answered and they told me I signed up for opinion outpost and wanted to verify 2 things. First was my "job title" and the second was my place of employment. I gave a generic answer to the first one and told them it was not any of their business where I worked. I asked her to not call back, but just to be sure, I am blocking the number from my phone.

This number calls after business hours all the time. They always call the fax line, but never fax anything. This is getting out of control. When are we going to be able to run a business without having to worry about scammers like these?

got a call from this number and ID said SSI -- I live in SC so area code was right , let ans machine pick it up and message said invalid Number please try again ??? Whats that about

Daily on my landline this annoying ssi has called and then on my ans machine it makes extremly loud BEEPS ..It has woken up my baby daily and i'm SICK OF THIS unrequested constant call with the initials of SSI!! At 1st glance one may think this is Social security info..LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

Get calls daily from this # along w/ others claming to be SSI. No message. They need to b stopped!!! Very annoying!

Noticed a missed call from "SSI" at 843-593-8149 on my landline when I got home from work. Promptly blocked it on my phone. Don't care if they are survey-takers or whatnot, DON'T CALL MY NUMBER!
