they called telling me that i had a payday loan in collections but would not respond with any information other than i needed to give them 900 plus dollars or they would send a summons to me

Half message, same lies as above. Definite scam. People please tell your kids, young adults don't fall for these scams. They might be intimidated by these types of calls and comply!

they called and left a message just as these other calls. they tell you your local DA will get in touch with you, and I have waited 2 weeks for them to contact me since i haven't ever been in trouble with the law in 50 years. They called being very disrespectful trying to get me to tell them my ss# and confirm my address and when I wouldn’t give up no info I was told they will ruin my life for the next ten years these people need to be arrested
