Area Code 828 Information and Location Details

It is the Asheville Fire Fighters Association wanting a donation.

I didn't answer this unknown number and they didn't leave a message. I've had a call from "AFFA" before. I have no idea who they are, but AFFA is used by Hell's Angels". It means Angels forever, forever Angels. Weird!

This number keeps calling me but I don't answer and they do not leave VM.

Received a phone call from this number. The caller did not leave any message.

caller asked to speak to son (my wife) i said she wasn't here called said he was Ted and since my wife wasn't there he'd like me to donate money to auxilliary police association i refused and hung up! the next day the same telephone number called my house identifying the caller as an "inmate" from prison? i didn't answer can you get these people off my back?

Just got a call that I didn't answer. No message left. The CID said "INMATE CALL". It's computer dialed. Another website says 50 people have looked up this number in the last 30 days. According to the other website it really is from a jail. Scam.

Further online search shows this to be a robocall from the American Police Officers Alliance. I have had other calls from this group from different numbers. They try to come across as a charitable organization but they are a political group, alt right it appears to me.
