Area Code 828 Information and Location Details

I suspect this is a spoofed number. It belongs to someone I don't know who lives in the same general region as I do. I didn't answer this unknown person but they actually left a message, so that's what makes me believe it's spoofed. It was a looping robo call telling me it wasn't too late to get an extended warranty on my 8 year old car. I guess they wanted to fill up my voicemail box, too.

Called me on Saturday. No idea who this is. Showed as "Asheville, NC", so I answered the phone without saying a single word. It ended up being a woman with a Hispanic accent stating "hello." and "hello????" over and over and over until eventually after 42 seconds of her asking "hello?" multiple times, she hung up.Adding to blocked list.
