Utility scam...don’t answer!

Called Sunday morning at 10:33am using a voip series of numbers as caller ID. Did not answer - no message was left. Returned the call - "We're sorry, your call cannot be completed as dialed." Just another 818 scam call - now blocked.

Please describe what you mean by " a series of VOIP numbers" and how you know that is what they are. Hint: a number with a "V" in front of it in the name portion of Caller ID is not proof of a VOIP number.

Now you've done it! You replied to the exulted jetames and now he will report you to the administrator for questioning his post. Does it to everyone else. Doesn't like it when people tell it that it is wrong or stupid.

Yet another robo call from a energy utility scammer. I have had four in five hours and am on the "do not call" list. What a joke.

Scammers neither know nor care if you're on the DNC list. That's one reason why a call blocker is such a good investment.

we are getting about 10 calls per day from 818-951 numbers. each time the last 4 digits are different. we just bought a boat air horn and can't wait to use it next time and blast out those eardrums :-)

The only eardrums blasted will be yours. The phone system cannot transmit sounds at harmful levels.

Yet another robo call utility scammer. I get at least five of these EVERY DAY and am sick of it.

Robocalled. Computer man voice. Extended warranty. But slimy... automatic transfer to “an agent” but then wants a button pushed to proceed via holding or call-back.
