They violated the Do Not Call list. We can sue each violater for $500- plus triple damages if they were egregious, knowingly and willfully violate the Do Not Call list. This is easily proved when they spoof their calling number and do not give the "true identity" of the company calling. I add $500- for each law they broke and triple it.

This is the call back number given by a solar telemarketer. It started with an overseas caller. Then I was transferred to an American woman. I set an appointment to identify them. She gave the phony name below.
