I have used Quality Carpet Cleaning several times and they do excellent work and always follow up with a courtesy call back. I've never been spammed by them but maybe they do cold calling. They also call occasionally to see if I need my carpets re-cleaned.

They keep calling my cell phone and not leaving messages. They call a few times a day everyday.

Just called them and they answered the phone "Quality carpet cleaning". I said that i just missed a call from this number and they said "oh, ok" and then hung up on me. Sounds bogus.
