Who said they can't call on a Sunday?

As you very well know, telephone surveys are completely legal. Even further they are not regulated in any manner as to time of day that they can call. None of the regulated calls are banned from calling on Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. You can of course submit your proof that I am wrong by citing a reputable, verifiable source such as an actual law, agency regulation or rule, or case law.

Called me at 8:43 pm. I answered and someone started playing a song I didn’t recognize... I let it play for 5 seconds and then they hung up. Super weird
